Space Hotel @ China Town Kuala Lumpur

- strategic location- large space inside cabin- there is password locker in each cabin - locker in hallway outside the rooms with CCTV- stable wifi to work online

- male staff constantly go into the female bathroom to clean throughout the day. please consider hiring female staff if its necessary to go in and out the female bathroom often - one of the doors of walk in shower has a gap so people from outside could see through, especially uncomfortable when the male staff comes in - it makes privacy a big concern when its possible to see through the window in bathroom

the mattress is so thin. I got so concerned because of a leak of water in the toilet and even though I informed reception, they don't do anything and they were a waste of water for days.

new experience of staying in a capsule room, toilet and bathroom is clean, location is ok but not the best though it close to China town but China town didnt offer much (thats just my own opinion)

the room is kinda small for two people. there is no much space to put our stuffs (clothes, shoes etc..) inside the room.

Very qwerty and fun. Helpful staff and kids like the robots.

The robot vacuum makes a lot of noise banging into the door at night time.

This is a very quiet, very orderly, very safe place. As a solo female traveler, I had a very comfortable stay. If I come to KL again, I will definitely stay

Cool concept! Very clean bed and bathroom. Comfy beds. Great location, near China Town. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The lady at reception was super friendly and helpful

The indoor common area was too small. It was pouring with rain outside and i wasn't able to just chill on the couch or chairs because they were full. Room is a bit noisy, you can hear the door to the bed open and close

Located near to Chinatown and easily accessible to the lrt station..Food was readily available within 1 km.

the locks in the capsules can be easily circumvented, and my headboard allows so much light in, especially the never ending blue light from the lockers, made it hard to sleep for me.

I loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. The staff is very helpful and the people are very friendly. Very recommended for backpackers.

The TVs weren't working and the current inside the pod was low it wouldn't charge my phone.

the showers are very good and the capsule is cool, can use the capsule as a big locker, very private and secure. social area is quite nice with free tea and water. location is nice as well

the tvs were broken in all beds. the slide was broken. it was quite expensive, considering there's cheaper places with the same facilities, also when it should be similar price for all but i had to pay more than others who stayed. capsule is nice but matress is a bit thin. one half of my capsule wasnt working (the usb slots etc)

the staff are very friendly

it gets very very noisy. people come in all through the night, talking and banging. also they switch the main light on in the room and this lights up the inside of the pod

-The facilities is awesome, which they provided hall area that quite leisure to use, smoking area, toilet that clean and didn't smell and also awesome staff- They will give access card to use during enter the room and also your capsules. - The card will be needed to turn on the capsule at all time-They provide a pantry which got coffee machine, snack and some cleanliness toiletries but of course you need to pay.-They even provided water cooler machine that you can drink free.

-Bit hard to find at 1st time, but after a while its just seems easier to get there-The Ac is just okay but if can get more cold than before it would be great.

The capsule was very comfy and well resourced. It gives you a lot of privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They really said dont have high expectation but the place does meet my expectation, its the best for backpackers like me! Im also able to meet with other travelers too, one of them is all the way from Russia!

I wouldnt mind if the water heater didnt work, but the cold water is the one that didnt work! you try to boil me or what?

Fantastic location close to Petaling street and public transportation. Friendly staff, 24h reception. Bathrooms clean. Pods offer privacy.

The lockers are too small to fit a bigger bag. The first night my pod did not smell very fresh.

1/10. DONT STAY in this...

I experienced theft in the hotel without even leaving the hotel. The staff and manager were so RUDE in handling my situation. It seems like they handle theft complaints commonly. Dont stay here. All the staff has access to the capsules. You will not feel safe and secured here.
